This is a vintage 1980's Tony Hawk Bird Skull skateboard manufactured by Powell Peralta. This is the real thing, not a re-issue. Was my personal skateboard as a kid in the 1980's. Complete with Gull Wing Super Pro III trucks and Rat Bones wheels.
