Very rare and limited Punk Rock Skateboards, 1st release Kevin Staab from 2004. Hard to find because most of the decks at the time were popsicle shaped.

It's mint but there's a few small tears in the shrink. I'd say it's 99% because the screen printing looks almost perfect.
